Description:
The training course “Leave Your Traces – Fill the Empty Spaces” aimed at raising competences in active participation, empowerment and involvement of young people as well as the establishment of local self-initiatives. Hence the training contributed to the involvement of young people in local and regional activities and helps them to implement initiatives dealing with a variety of youth issues. The expected outcome of the training were trained youth workers, young leaders and young people willing and able to set up new creative local youth initiatives on issues of local concerns in their surrounding communities.
The Training Course “Leave your traces – Fill the empty spaces” was organized for representatives of youth organizations, youth workers, young leaders and active young people from 10 following countries: Austria, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Estonia, Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova and Belarus. In total there were 32 participants directly involved in the activity.
Accommodation and Meal during the project covered by organizers. 70% of participants’ travel costs from their home city to Georgia was reimbursed.
Also, was covered the costs of further transportation related to the training, such as the sightseeing tour once in Georgia.
